Do you remember this
post which I wrote on 16 Feb 2009? It was about Muhd Noor Azri Abdul Rahman, an ex-Victorian, who was badly injured in a skiing accident. Read about his story
here.
Azri requires costly continued treatment and therapy for his disabilities which are likely to be life-long. Azri's father, Mr Abdul Rahman Bin Abdul Hamid, has set up a
new blog to appeal for your kind donations. Please help the family if you can.

Hi Victor,
I am saddened to read about the accident of this ex Victorian. I will be talking to other old boys and to see how we could help.

Hi Victor,
I have sought the expertise of an old VS boy to start an appeal on Azri in my blog and as well as in the Overseas Singaporean Forum. Hoping that it will kick start an appeal not only to the Old Victorians but to every Overseas Singaporean around the world and also Singaporeans at home.
Thank you very much for your efforts, Uncle Phil and HW. I am sure Azri's family greatly appreciate your help. That's the unmistakable Victorian spirit at work. It is indeed heartwarming to know that there are people who care even though they do not know Azri personally. :-)

Old Victorian Association (OVA) has put up a blog post on Azri here.
Incidentally, the People's Association (PA) HQ was officially opened by PM Lee yesterday amidst fanfare and fireworks by. It is located at the old Victoria School premises at Tyrwhitt Road.
